Safety is a primary concern for Murow|CM and its employees.  We’ve developed a comprehensive safety program.  Additionally, our Construction Managers and Field Engineers maintain licensing and certifications for OSHA 30 Hour, CPR, First Aid, Trenching and Excavation Competent Person, and Confined Space Competent Person. Murow|CM has an impeccable safety record to date.

Yes, we are fully insured and bonded, and require our subcontractors to be insured as well.

Yes, Murow|CM holds a California Class “A” general engineering contracting license. Our license number is 659969.

Murow|CM works for both private and public companies. In the public sector, Murow|CM engages with various municipalities, cities such as Laguna Beach, water districts such as the SMWD, and agencies such as Riverside – EDA. Steven Murow, our founder, has been a professional in the general engineering contracting industry for over thirty-five years. During that time he has served as a principal in two leading contracting firms; consultant to major land developers; specifier and bid administrator; senior project manager and as an expert witness. He has expertise in public and private engineering and building contracting, creating land development pro formas, claims mitigation, scheduling and cost estimating.

Murow|CM was incorporated on July 11, 2012 and by 2015 the company ranked # 4 on the list for Orange County’s Top Fastest Growing Private Companies in the Orange County Business Journal. We currently occupy a 8,100 square foot building in Irvine and has over 25 employees and 17 full-time associates. The firm holds a California General Engineering Contractors License “A” and the majority of our team has over 30+ years in the industry having served in various positions at general engineering contracting companies and other various well-known industry companies.
