Terramor

In total, the Terramor project consists of 890-acres of ungraded property located in the Temescal Valley in the County of Riverside. The land is being prepared for a planned community of 1,443 homes, a pool, sports park and community center. The project is in Phase 1 of 3 of the mass grading which consists of 203 acres and roughly 3.75 million cubic yards of mass excavation. The project kicked off in the Summer of 2015 with the Sycamore Creek Non-Potable Booster Pump Station. This improvement was followed by the Potable and Non-Potable waterlines, Sewer and Forcemain, Storm Drain, and Street improvements.

Murow|CM has been fortunate enough to have a part in many phases of the Terramor project, including: Bid Administration, Construction Management, Project Coordination, Scheduling, and Field Engineer support. Scott Porterfield currently serves as the Project Coordinator and Scheduler, while Samantha Pratt operates as the Field Engineer.
