Rancho Mission Viejo is comprised of more than 17,000 acres of permanent open space to be preserved as The Reserve at Rancho Mission Viejo as well as 6,000 acres to be developed into multiple villages of residential and mixed-use development. Members of the Murow | CM team have been involved with the development of The Ranch for over 20 years. Over the next 18 years, Rancho Mission Viejo is expected to offer 14,000 homes, including 6,000 active adult residences and five million square feet of non-residential uses. Planning Area 1 (Sendero) included 7,500,000 CY of grading and Planning Area 2 will include 37,000,000 CY of grading. Murow | CM services include: risk analysis, constructability review and critique, pre-construction support, value engineering, bid administration, and Resident Engineer (“RE”) services for bridge construction and construction oversight services.
